Welcome to Great Escape on beautiful Long Island (a bridged island) of Lake Winnipesaukee. Situated on a private dead-end road, Great Escape is just a short drive from the Long Island Town Beach on Winnipesaukee. It's also just a 2-minute drive from the boat launch at Harilla Landing. In addition, Trexler's Marina, which offers a gas dock, and the Town boat launch at the Long Island bridge are just a 5-minute drive away. Don't forget, Jo Jo's country store is also near-by where you can pick up some of their famous sub sandwiches to enjoy during your day on the lake. The main level of this lovely home offers a bright and cheery, open-concept living area with high ceilings and 2 sets of sliders out to the deck where you'll relax with your morning coffee as you peer out at the peek-a-boo views of the water. Back inside you'll find a full bath with shower stall and bedroom with a queen bed. In addition, there is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and its own half-bath with a door to the shower area of the hall bathroom (in total, this level has 2 toilets, 2 vanities and 1 shower). Going down the stairs, you'll find the family room with comfy couches, where you'll spend your evenings gathered around a movie or playing a board game. Next door to the family room is a small room with a queen bed which leads to a full bathroom. The TVs on the main level have Satelite TV service and the TV in the lower level is a smart TV and guests will use their own streaming services. Outside, you'll enjoy meals prepared by the resident chef al fresco on the large deck. If you want to work off those calories, shoot some hoops at the basketball net off the driveway or enjoy a rousing game of corn-hole or giant Jenga (smack talk not included).
