Positive: Close to our friends and family. Big kitchen & dining area. Nice size bedrooms. Nice cookware.

Negative: No television upstairs in the living area. Basement was cold. Could not get the temperature up. We arrived after dark. There were no lights on. There was no number visible for us to see what the house number was when we got there. To get in the house the code we were given did not work. We had to call someone to give us a new number. Lots of steps. No barstools around the bar.

Summary: The house was spacious and convenient for our family to gather for Christmas.
