Our vision in designing our homes is to incorporate luxuries & comforts that create lifelong, memorable, experiences for our guests.

Your experience begins the moment you walk through the door. You'll enjoy plush amenities throughout each room that delight the senses including: Luxury bedding, various sitting areas for cozying up with a good book, soft pillows, and cozy throw blankets to surround yourself in as cool evenings approach.
Indulge yourself in the feeling of comfort & warmth: Our Mini Great Room, is the perfect hub where Family can gather together in front of the Pellet Stove to share heart warming experiences. Along with it's warmth & gentle flame, it creates the perfect ambiance for beginning each day while sipping a cup of coffee or winding down each evening taking in a movie on the Smart TV or enjoying a Family Game Night for complete relaxation.
Our luxury bathroom allows you to melt into relaxation in our oversized soaking bathtub filled with a foaming lavender bath. Be sure to slip into one of our cozy plush robes while spoiling your feet as you step onto our heated floors for the ultimate spa experience!
You will love our "Tranquil Countryside Getaway", along with it's lush landscape, bold rock outcroppings and it's fantastic central location.
Our Sierra Foothills central location is home to a plethora of entertainment & fun! We are just a hop, skip & a jump to local brew houses, wine tasting rooms, boutique restaurants and amazing shopping experiences. Cyclists love our expansive, scenic roads for exploring the countryside.
Nearby Excursions:
The Historic towns of Old Auburn & Folsom are must-see destinations due to their unique boutiques, steak houses, wine tasting rooms and entertainment venues (just 20 mins away).
If you opt to head West to Historic Sacramento (just 30 minutes away), you'll be taken back in time when touring Old Town's world famous Railroad Museum or attending one of Golden One Arena's Concerts or Sports events.
If you're up to another excursion, top off your stay with a mini (2 hour trip) to Truckee & Lake Tahoe. You'll love the great shopping, fun dining experiences and dipping your toes in the fresh water as you walk along the shore of scenic Lake Tahoe's sandy beaches.
One of the highlights of your day will be arriving back home to your "Tranquil Countryside Escape" where you can relax by the fire pit.

You are welcome to explore our 9 acres along the way of your morning walks. There are plenty of spaces for rest, relaxation, meal gathering and entertainment situated on our property including: Tables for picnicking, chairs for lounging, outdoor barbecue and gazebo for enjoying a meal and our outdoor firepit to round off your perfect day!
Enjoy neighboring farm animals (cows, donkeys and a pot belly pig named Bert).
We love interacting with our guests! You might see us walking on our property early in the mornings or working on our landscape. Feel free to ask for a garden pad and pull up a weed or two while joining us for a cup of coffee.
No really, we are available to offer help throughout your stay and love having meaningful conversations and bonding with our Guests. We have all the general amenities needed and are close by to offer a hand to meet our Guests needs. Please ask for our phone number if you prefer and of course, we arm wrestle over who gets to respond to our Guests message us through our Airbnb App inbox.
We are surrounded by rolling hills with plenty of trees and lush countryside.
Guests love our close proximity to wine tasting rooms, brew houses, country cafes and boutique gift shops in nearby Auburn, Loomis & Folsom.
Roseville’s Galleria mall and other major stores are within a 10 to 15 minute drive and Sacramento is just 25 miles east of you. We are 7 minutes from I-80 at the base of the Sierra Foothills which makes a great stop over if you’re headed from the Bay Area or Sac Vicinity to Lake Tahoe or Donner Summit ski areas.
No need to be stuck in traffic for hours stay a few nights with us and hit the road in your mornings to avoid traffic

Getting around town & our neighborhood is simple.
Parking:
We have free (designated parking) for each of our listings including our "Luxurious Tranquil Countryside Getaway" & “Luxurious Modern Loft”.
Note: Parking instructions (including a photo), will be outlined when we send you check-in instructions the day before your arrival.
Please inquire at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival if extra parking is needed for events or your personal use.
Getting Around Town:
Uber or Lyft are available in our area if you prefer to catch a ride
Door Dash also delivers from many local restaurants in our area.
The town of Loomis is only 7 minutes away.
Additional Details for Your Safety:
1) Please be respectful of our neighbors by driving (5 miles per hour) on Surette Lane and upon entering our gravel driveway. This insures safety for our Neighbors & Guests and keeps dust to a minimum.
2) Note that our walkways leading towards the Log Cabin are made of traditional, uneven brick. Please take caution & watch your step. Your safety is our top priority.
3) Although we love animals, we have spoken to the Airbnb Case Managers Team regarding our family member who is severely allergic. With this being said, we are sad to say that we (can not) allow Service Animals of any kind in our home. Our biggest concern is the health of our family and Guests.

4) Private Events:
Private Special Events are a Possibility for our Guests who book both the: "The Loomis Log Cabin" & "Farmhouse Bungalow" Tranquil Countryside Getaway" listings.
Note: We can allow (50 people maximum) per Placer County Code.).
Ask us about the price for your individual event.
Possible Event Examples: Photography sittings, small intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal /baby showers, corporate workshops, filming, videography, or business meetings.
We are excited to work with you on your special event!
Specialty Kits:
For the convenience & added luxury of our Guests, Specialty Kits are available for purchase. Please let us know 72 hours prior to check-in so all your needs are ready upon your arrival.
Specialty Kits:
1) Fire Pit Kit: 6 Fire Logs, Kindling & Fire Starters: $25.00/Day
2) Smores Kit: Smore's will be roasted on the Fire Pit. See Fire Pit Kit price above and add to this Specialty Kit Price: $20.00
Graham Crackers, Marshmallows, Hershey's Chocolate Bars.
3) Barbecue Kit: Charcoal Briquettes & Starter Fluid are normally on site and complementary. If none are available upon arrival you can purchase your necessities at Raley's just 5 minutes away in Loomis.
4) Indoor Pellet Stove Kit: (1 Bag of Pellets lasts approx. 24 hrs.): $12.00/bag
(We will provide a hopper full of pellets for your 1st fire. Additional bags can be purchased as noted above.)
Note: We dislike rules however it’s for our Guests & Family’s protection. Please don’t let the word “rules” scare you away. We require a copy of your I.D. To be posted to the app after booking for security reasons for our Guests and for our Family as Hosts.
- All smokers please be respectful and place butts in the designated fire pit area
- Small (Outdoor) Events are allowed: (25 Person Maximum) such as:
Wedding rehearsal dinners, Engagement Parties, Bridal & Baby Showers, Business Meetings etc.
Note: As mentioned above Events are Outdoor only and weather permitting during non-rain season
Note: The Guest booking our Listing will be required to present a list of all Event Participants. Participant details need to be provided through the Air BNB Inbox Note: Each Participant to sign a Waiver & Release Form that will be presented by Host.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking inside the listing is a $300 fine and an immediate removal from the listing with no refund.
- No Pets including service animals. We have already discussed with Airbnb that we are exempt from Service animals due to a family member being highly allergic.
- Every guest on the property after the maximum amount which is 5 unless approved for more is $25/person.
- Any tampering with the cameras on our property will be an immediate eviction without a refund.
- Violating these rules will result in an immediate removal without a refund.
