This spacious, upstairs furnished Two Bedrooms and One Bath apartment comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed and a couch in the living room.
It is located near a lot of tourist attractions such as: The Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd Runyon Canyon, Hollywood Sign, Pink's Hot Dogs, In-N-Out Burger, Roscoes Chicken & Waffles, The Grove, The Original Farmers Market, LACMA and much more.This is a peaceful non-smoking building. Great for short or long term stays.
Includes: Central AC, Wi-Fi, TV w/Amazon Firestick, fully furnished, basic cooking/eating utensils and equipment, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, sheets, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)
PARKING: Free, public parking is available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility. There are a few shared parking spaces in the driveway - first come first serve basis. I ask that if you do park in the driveway, that you leave your phone number on the dashboard of your car if you are blocking someone.

I do not pass around keys for your safety. Once you provide me with an email address, I will send you an email from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.
