A welcoming, single-store holiday home set on approximately 5 acres right on the edge of Normanville, The relaxing and inviting decor, will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need, designed to bring the outside in.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 living areas and can accommodate up to 13 guests comfortably, which makes this enticing property appeal to families and groups alike - all whilst offering those stunning views. The open-plan set-up of the main home along with the separate ‘weekender retreat’ allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow offers an easy connection for outdoor dining and easy supervision of the children.

The kitchen boasting stone benchtops comes fully equipped with stylish crockery, glassware, cutlery, modern appliances, and a lovely island bench with ample space.
A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out to the extensive balcony, making a seamless transition to alfresco living.
In the main house, you will also find 3 comfortable bedrooms along with a full bathroom, laundry, combustion fire & AC.
The ‘Weekender’ is spacious in design and a perfect spot for the children, grandparents or just some extra guests to hang out, complete with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom, AC, and can sleep up to 6 guests.
The surroundings allow you to enjoy and explore the tranquility of the outdoors. The soft flutter of native birdlife like beautiful Adelaide Rosellas, kangaroos, resident sheep, and occasional visits from Koalas or an Echidna are just some of the wildlife to enjoy.
The property falls on the boundary between Yankalilla & Normanville providing a choice of bakeries, cafes, hotels and grocery and medical facilities. Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township of Normanville is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean, with clear water and fine white sand making it a very popular beach for families.
