In addition to the private balcony in terrace form, a third terrace is currently being built in the lower area, which is available for communal use.
The location in the village of Burgen offers many opportunities to explore the surrounding area with interesting cities such as Cochem, Boppard and Koblenz or hiking tours over the Moselhöhenweg, in the Baybachtal or even to the hanging rope bridge Geierlay. Castles, palaces and monasteries can also be explored and sports enthusiasts will also find a variety of opportunities in the area. A marina with excursion boats is only 6.2 km away.
