Pull up to this spacious (3800 sq ft) home on a cul de sac, just off Mulford Rd. This home is ideal for families or work groups wanting a relaxing place to stay. There are plenty of beds and private spaces for everyone, as well as common areas for group gatherings. Wi-fi and charging tables make working remotely a breeze. The space is kid-friendly, with a large yard, plastic tableware, and a pack-n-play. Pressure-relieving mattresses on every bed make evenings restful after a long day. Wind down in the jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite, and enjoy the skylights in the upper level. Relax on large comfy couches in the fireplace family room with 50" TV. with access to Disney+. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bakeware, a coffee pot, pancake mix, cereal, oatmeal, and basic spices for your everyday cooking needs. A free laundry room with detergent is provided for your comfort and convenience. Walking around the neighborhood, you will see fellow pedestrians and cyclists, a corn field, a media broadcasting facility, and a playground (Pebblecreek/Mullins Park). THE LAYOUT
This is a tri-level home, and bedrooms and bathrooms are only available via a half-flight of stairs or more. (Please consider the needs of your group before booking.) The living room, dining room, and kitchen with deck access are all situated on the main level.
Three bedrooms, including the master, are on the upper level. The master has a king bed and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. (See house rules for safety.) There is a power recliner with a TV set up in the master bedroom. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed, and the other has two twins. There is also a shared bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub on the upper level.
The lower level opens up to the family room with 50" TV and access to the backyard. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower adjacent to the family room. A sleeper couch with pull-out queen bed is tucked away in the family room, next to the stairs, in a cozy corner that isn't in front of windows or too exposed to the main living areas.
There are two bedrooms in the basement, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, both with full-sized egress windows. Bathroom access for these rooms is on the lower level, next to the family room.
There is a comfortable amount of space for 2 or 3 cars in the driveway, as well access to a private 3-car garage, for your group to park vehicles on site. Utilize free parking in the cul-de-sac sparingly to avoid inconveniencing the neighbors.
ACCESS
This home is conveniently located near I-90 (via Riverside Blvd) as well as IL-173, IL-251, and Rockford's East State St. Centrally located between Machesney Park businesses and Rockford's east side, this home is in a great location for families enjoying a reunion or medical professionals who want a peaceful location to stay while traveling for work.
