*Guests will NOT have access to the main house unless it is also reserved along with the studio. The main house has ONE reserved parking spot on either side of the parking area.

Getting Around:
You will want a car to access all that Savannah has to offer from this location. Unfortunately, we only have a parking space for one vehicle on this listing.
The studio has parking for one car and is directly in front of the house. This parking area is shared with the house and you can use either spot.
*Please let us know if you're interested in renting the entire property (cottage and studio). It sleeps eight guests (8) and you can park up to two cars.
Other Things to Note:
*This space is NOT pet-friendly. ESAs are considered to be pets by Georgia law, therefore not allowed in this studio. We hope this does not cause anyone an inconvenience. This policy is in effect simply due to extreme allergy concerns on the staff and other potential travelers.
*Guests will NOT have access to the main house unless it is also reserved along with the studio. There is a separate listing that includes both spaces in one; please enquire with the hosts about reserving the entire property if interested. The front house has ONE reserved parking spot on the gravel lot.
