Very nice house completely renovated and decorated with care in 2016. It is ideal for 5 people (a couple and 3 children for example) and consists of:
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with 140 bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet and a living area with open kitchen and cozy living room with satellite TV and Canal +.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo machine, toaster, oven, induction hob, freezer ...)
Upstairs, a spacious children's dormitory with 3 beds in 90, a play area and private bathroom with toilet.
A courtyard at the rear of the house, out of sight, equipped with garden furniture (sofa, armchairs, coffee table) and shade sails.
A large terrace at the front of the house with large breakfast table, 6 chairs, parasol and barbecue.
A complete baby equipment is available on request (cot, highchair, potty, Travel bathtub).
At the foot of the dune (less than 100m) and from the bike paths in the pines, you will be at the heart of the village with its shops, restaurants and surf schools.
You will also 5 km from Lake Maubuisson, ideal for children (and for water activities such as stand up paddle, pedal boating, sailing, fishing ...)
Parking vehicle possible before the house or free public parking nearby.
The linen (sheets and towels) is not provided.
