Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur to these items during transit. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you double-check and make sure you have all your belongings before checking out of the unit.
Flexibility is key, that's why we also offer late check-out options, to accommodate any unforeseen changes in your plans. If you would like to request a late check-out, please let your host know at least two days before the end of your reservation. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure a seamless departure from our property.
Service animals are exempt from the pet fee, however, please provide certification confirming their status. A $300 fee will be charged for all other pets brought onto the property.
We have a strict policy on noise complaints, if the guests are reported for being too loud, the fines will be charged to the primary guest.
Smoking is not allowed in the property, any guests found smoking inside the unit, will be charged $500.
Please note that any make-up or deep stains on furniture, towels, or sheets would involve an extra charge.
