The hot tub room offers extensive sound dampening to relax to music and enjoy the hot tubs jetted hyrotherapy. In the rear yard please enjoy the rear amenity patio with sofa seating, gas fire pit, and bbq pit.

You'll see distant views to downtown from east windows and parklike viewsfrom west wimdows. It's accessed via ships stairs with railing & may provide the best nights sleep you've ever experienced. It also houses a wardrobe closet, and flex office/seating area with views to downtown. Optionally there's room to setup an additional queen air-mattress on the floor to provide additional sleeping area.
The main bathroom has a 90"'x36" walk-in shower & a vanity area where you can get ready for the day. Amenities such as toiletries and fresh towels are provided.
The suite boasts an oversized 5-zone a/c & heat system that is super energy efficient & near silent. Set each room to your preferred temperature. New low-e windows, insulation, & low-e skylight shades also boost efficiency.
