The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, pots and pans, oven, hob, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses, and basic kitchen supplies. You'll also find complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar, a hot water kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. The washer is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, with a comfortable double bed adorned with plush pillows and decorative cushions. You'll also find a bedside table with drawers, lamps, a table and chair for work or study, TV, and a clothes rack with hangers. The room is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home.
The bathroom features a luxurious gold and marble design/theme, with a bathtub, vanity mirror, and toilet. You'll also find complimentary toiletries and fresh towels, making it easy for you to relax and unwind.
Outside, there is a shared outdoor space with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or drinks outside. The space is fully fenced, ensuring my guests' privacy and security.
For your convenience, a hairdryer, clothes airer, cleaning supplies, cleaning materials, and a cot and high chair are available upon request.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
