Upscale and 100% private studio (1100 SF) w/ luxurious and modern finishes. Walking distance to 12 South and Lipscomb U 10 min. drive to Vanderbilt, Downtown, Midtown, and the Gulch. Relax with your own private entrance and parking. This place was finished with our guests and travel desires in mind.
This apartment was luxuriously finished with our guests in mind! This space is a spacious walk-out basement (1100 SF) with a ton of natural light and all the high-end finishes. After accessing your own parking space (1 spot included, 1 more available for $25/night), you will walk down a lit stone walkway on the side of the house to a huge, furnished covered porch where you will easily access your key in a mounted lockbox. We do not need to be home for you to gain access. From there, you will enter your studio apartment through a completely private entrance.
Upon entry, you will find a spacious studio with a ton of natural light and all the amenities you could imagine. There is a full kitchenette with a massive 8 foot island, stainless steel appliances, granite, and all appliances except a full stove/oven (we have electric countertop stovetop/oven if needed)
Walking into the bathroom, you will find a large 4x4 walk-in custom marble shower and custom vanity with granite and plenty of mirror space.
In the bedroom, there is a comfortable king size bed with a superb mattress that we have had countless guests ask about to purchase the same one! We have 2 nightstands, a hanging space, and chest of drawers for plenty of clothing storage and room for charging your devices.
The living room has 2 full size couches, one being a pullout queen size sofa bed. Custom wooden blinds throughout the entire space will ensure you get a good nights sleep along with plenty of privacy. The space is soundproofed so you don't have to worry about us hearing you. You may hear some footsteps above and/or muted voices if standing directly by the door but definitely quieter than a hotel or apartment building. You can come and go as you please! We also offer very fast Fiber internet, Fubo TV/cable, Disney, Apple TV, and a soundbar to stream music. We do request absolutely NO smoking of any kind on our property out of courtesy to our neighbors.

Guests have 100% private access to the entire interior space which includes a superb king-size bed, kitchenette area, full bath with large custom walk-in shower, living area (with queen-size pull-out bed).
You have a very large 14’ outdoor covered porch that you may use whenever you like. There is a chance that our family may use it on occasion but not often (this is the only potentially shared space).
We do have a pool in the backyard which is strictly off-limits due to liability purposes. We request guests do NOT access the backyard or pool area (only the large covered porch).
Other things to note
The kitchen includes full size fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, then an electric oven and cooktop if more cooking is desired. All kitchen utensils/cookware are provided. If you need something else, just ask!
We control the temp from upstairs but will adjust according to your specific preference - don’t hesitate to let us know!
One parking spot is included in price, but we will charge $25/night for a second spot.
