The Space:
The apartment is on the first floor, the building does not have an elevator, but access is very comfortable and easy.
It is perfect for a group or family of between 2 and 4 people, as it has two independent rooms, one with a large double bed 1.6 wide and the other room has 2 single beds. Both rooms have desks, are sunny and have huge closets where two people's clothes can be stored perfectly in each room.
The most impressive thing about this accommodation is the bathroom, in addition to a large comfortable shower, there is a state-of-the-art jacuzzi that will be perfect for the most relaxing baths and moments of relaxation.
The bathroom has enough space for storage and is tastefully decorated.
The living room has an open American-style kitchen fully equipped with both the best appliances and all the necessary kitchenware to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two stools that is perfect as a breakfast area or even as a work or study area as it has independent sockets for laptops.
The living-dining area has access to a small balcony where we have installed a table and two chairs to turn it into a small place of relaxation. The living room area is furnished with comfortable and beautiful sofas as well as an armchair, and there is a modern 65-inch TV. The dining area has been decorated with a round table and four chairs, perfect for the place it occupies and where we have created an independent space within the same area.
The apartment is very bright, all rooms have natural light, it is equipped with Wifi, air conditioning and heating.
It really is a very warm, cozy and perfect place for a stay in Barcelona, whether for study, vacation or work.
Entry is via electronic lock.
** As this is an apartment that is rented for stays of one month or longer than one month, the cost of supplies is not included in the rent. The cost of supplies will be according to consumption.
We will collect a provision of funds (€8 per day) before arrival and will adjust it upon departure with the utility bills, the guest will only pay for the electricity, water and gas they consume.
APARTMENT RULES
We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located in a residential building.
There is a communal terrace for all guests. (The terrace will be closed for works until APRIL 30, 2024)

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).
DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
