As you wander through this neighborhood, the palpable sense of history reverberates through the cobbled streets. The iconic silhouette of Notre-Dame de Paris, adorned with its sentinel gargoyles, dominates the skyline just a few steps away from your apartment. Art and culture thrive in this luxurious district. Exclusive galleries showcase masterpieces, and theaters host performances that elevate the cultural experience to new heights. Exclusive boutiques and high-end fashion studios can be found throughout the area.
The neighborhood is very safe with Notre Dame and The Panthéon only a few hundred meters away from the apartment. The Panthéon, a neoclassical mausoleum originally built as a church, is a key landmark that honors notable French figures such as Alexandre Dumas, Marie Curie and Victor Hugo.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment
In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
