EARLY CHECK-INS
Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to message us asking if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS
Must be approved the Appson team. If you stay past your 10am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
TRASH SCHEDULE
Collection days are Monday – Friday, only. Pre-service bag placement hours are Monday through Friday from 6pm – 7pm. Service collection hours are Monday through Friday from 7pm – 11:30pm. BinsMUSTbe brought back inside no later than 9am the next day. Trash/Recycling must be placed in a tied bag outside your door, inside its designated container – trash bags or lose recycling should never be left on the floor. Open, improperly “closed,” or foul-smelling trash will not be tolerated. These must be taken immediately to the trash chute located next to the central elevator. Cardboard boxesMUSTbe broken down in order to be collected. The trash chute room must remain clean at all times – no trash left on the floor.
LEASING OFFICE
Any concerns/issues regarding your stay must be communicated to the Appson team. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regard to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS
We do allow pets, but it is a $100 fee per stay for each pet. We understand pets do shed and leave fur. If the unit is left with an unreasonable amount of pet hairs, you will be charged a fee of $250 for the extra cleaning of the unit in addition to whatever cleaning fee was paid at the time of booking.
KEYS/PARKING PASS
If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $25 for new key and $75 for a new key fob. If you do not return the parking pass or lose it, it is a $75 fee to replace it in time for the next guest.
PARTIES
The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $175.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
