Our overall design follows a minimalistic approach, ensuring a modern and calming atmosphere.
For entertainment, we’ve placed guitars in select spaces, perfect for guests who enjoy music or want to try something new. Additionally, we have a dedicated game room where everyone can come together for fun and bonding.
To complete the experience, we’ve curated a beautiful coffee station, providing the perfect spot to start your morning or unwind in the evening. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, entertainment, or the perfect backdrop for your memories, our space has something for everyone!

House Rules & Policies
• No Unauthorized Gatherings: Parties are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. If additional unapproved guests are found on the property, they will be kindly asked to leave and pay an additional fee per guest $65.00.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A designated outdoor smoking area is provided. If smoking is detected indoors, a $500 fine will be applied in accordance with our policies since additional cleaning will be required.
* For safety and neighborhood respect, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. If we find this activity, there will be a $1,000 fine and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Guest Rules for a Comfortable Stay
Welcome to C&Z Luxe Homes LLC. We hope you have a wonderful stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain the quality of our property, please adhere to the following rules:
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or near the property of any kind it includes but not limited to vaping, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, weed etc. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. If we discover that one of the guests has been smoking inside the property, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. This helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.
Parties and Events: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed, unless approved. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
If event is approved. You agree to the following :
All events , parties and gatherings held on the property must conclude no later than 10:00 PM in accordance with our venue policy. This includes music, activities, and gatherings both indoors and outdoors.
Any guest who remains on the property past 11:00 PM without prior written approval will be considered an overnight guest and will incur an additional charge.
A $150 cleaning fee will be applied to each approved event to ensure the property is properly maintained and prepared for future guests.
To avoid any additional charges, please ensure all unapproved guests have vacated the property by 10:00pm - 11:00 PM and the property is left in good condition.
Unauthorized equipment/electricity overage fee for high-wattage inflatable usage.
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Please do not exceed this limit unless you request to have extra guest. Extra guest will be charged an additional fee of $90 per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am Please leave the property tidy and ensure all keys are returned and all trash has been disposed of outside.
Use of Appliances: Follow the provided instructions for using appliances and electronics. If you experience any issues, please contact us for assistance.
Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recyclables according to the instructions provided. Please place all waste in the designated bins.
Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. Respect the quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am End Time.
Security and Safety:
Doors and Windows: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Surveillance Cameras: Please note that there are outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes.
Damage and Loss: Report any damage or issues to us immediately. Guests will be responsible for the cost of any damages or missing items.
Wi-Fi and Streaming Services.
Streaming Services: We provide streaming services like Netflix and Disney+. Any charges for rentals or purchases will be added to your bill.
Respect for Property: Treat the property with care and respect. Any excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
Local Regulations: Follow local regulations and guidelines, including any rules related to COVID-19 safety and health protocols.
Additional Information:
Lost and Found: If you find any lost items, please notify us. We will do our best to return them to their rightful owner.
Feedback: We welcome any feedback you may have about your stay. Your input helps us improve our service.
For reservations longer than 7 nights, we schedule a mid-stay professional cleaning for $150 per cleaning required. This service includes fresh linens, restocked essentials, and a full cleaning of all living spaces, bathrooms, and the kitchen — so you can relax and enjoy your trip without lifting a finger.
For extended stays of 30+ days, a monthly cleaning at $150 per visit is required to maintain the home’s comfort and quality. Your final departure cleaning is also $150 required . We’ll coordinate these dates with you in advance for your convenience.
