Located in Union Mills, 30 minutes south of Marion and 30 minutes from Lake Lure, 50 minutes from Lake James, and 1 hour from Asheville, there are plenty of surrounding activities for adventure seekers.
The impressive main level living area presents breathtaking views from the wall of windows. There is comfortable seating, a stacked-stone gas log fireplace, and vaulted ceilings decorated with pleasing chandeliers. The great room opens up to the dining room with more window views and the spacious kitchen with a breakfast table in the bay window. The upper-level wrap-around deck, well furnished with comfy outdoor tables and seating and a small gas grill, overlooks the view. There is a closed-in side portion of the deck with a couch and outdoor gas fireplace.
The large stone patio in the lower yard will draw you outside, and the view will steal the scene as you grill on the luxury grill or enjoy a fire in the wood-burning fire pit. Bring your own firewood.
