Large spacious detached house with sea views decking in gardens and parking close to town centre with restaurants shops beaches golf courses and eurotunnel. Drive to the beach in 2 minutes or walk in 10 minutes. The house has a generous sized hallway. The kitchen has a large cooker and integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a table for informal meals. There is a washing machine and dryer. The utility room has ironing area additional American style fridge freezer and storage. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room this has a large formal dining table and patio door to the deck. Double doors take you through to the impressive lounge which has two patio doors to the decking area. The decking area is furnished with outside furniture and features sea views. There is a barbecue.
For your entertainment Sky Q TV is provided on the curved screen TV. Wifi is available throughout the house.
Upstairs the master bedroom is ensuite and is generously sized. There is a further ensuite bedroom and three further large double bedrooms and a single room. The other bedroom being downstairs.There is a family bathroom with double shower and bath. Downstairs there is a large cloakroom with shower.
The house is in the best area of Hythe positioned to take advantage of far reaching views across the sea and over Hythe Cinque Port Town.
