The 4 bed and 3 bath property is situated on an impeccable 1/2 acre lot, tucked away on a cul-de-sac for added privacy, and with cobblestone and brick walkways guiding you through every corner of the outdoor escape! You'll love all the interior has to offer from high-end designer upgrades, custom blinds draped across large windows, Sonos music system surrounds sound in each room downstairs and throughout the backyard, recessed lighting, custom crown moldings, and much more. Enter through the foyer to an eclectic living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a built-in entertainment center, and a wood stove fireplace. A gourmet kitchen enjoys a copper hood and sink, 500 bottle refrigerator, granite counters, and a center island and an elegant formal dining room enjoys a second fireplace with brick mantle, wood-beamed ceilings. If you would like the pool heated, you must inform us at least 5 days prior to check-in that you would like it heated. Depending on the outside temperature, it could take as much as 3 days to heat so to ensure the pool is heated during your stay, we need prior notification. If we are not notified, we can always start heating it when you are there but it could take 24-72+ hours to heat fully. The hot tub can heat in 30-45 mins depending on the outside temperature.
The rental rate includes pool being heated from April to October
The jacuzzi is heated all the time.
If you want the pool heated during the winter months, the cost is $100/day (Oct 1 - March 31)
Disclaimer: if you pay for the heated pool but the outside temperature drops too much, we cannot guarantee a heated pool, or as hot as you would prefer. Outside temperature can cool the pool down or slow the heating process. This is beyond our control.
