PROPERTY EXTERIOR

The paved driveway will lead you past the tennis court and towards the main cottage on your right. Follow the small stone staircase down towards the 4-slip, 2-storey boathouse featuring a fully equipped outdoor bar & super-sized party dock. Alternatively, take the mulch pathway through the Hemlocks across to the other side of the point, where you will find a second small dock and firepit area. This cottage has both level land and a gradual sloping stone staircase that leads you towards the waterfront. There is no shortage of outdoor seating areas, all of which are beautifully outfitted with top-of-the-line outdoor furniture. The oversized deck off the main cottage is a perfect place to spend your afternoon or enjoy a homemade pizza courtesy of the wood-fired pizza oven. There is shallower water with a slightly rocky entry by the water's edge, or jump or dive off the dock into the deep clean Lake Joe water. Bask in the all-day sun on the dock or deck & enjoy the beautiful sunsets and unbeatable island-speckled view from every room.

LIVING ROOM
There is a second, spacious living room next to the dining area which features sliding glass doors throughout, chic sectional couches, and a hidden flat-screen TV that ascends out of the floor with the push of a button!
MUSKOKA ROOM
The living room is equipped with sliding glass doors and automatic screens throughout to allow for a nice breeze on those hot Muskoka days. There is a second "Muskoka Room" located on the lower level of the boathouse which features a lovely seating area with additional island seating, a fully equipped bar and automatic blinds throughout.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level of the main cottage is sure to please guests of all ages! Featuring an additional living area with sectional couches, a flat-screen TV and sliding doors leading out to the lake, as well as a laundry room with 2 washers/dryers, and another pantry with a full sized fridge & freezer. For those with a passion for fitness, guests will find a spacious, fully-equipped gym with an abundance of exercise machines, weights, a bike, a treadmill and a flat-screen TV. Perhaps the most exciting feature of the lower level is the enclosed, full-sized hockey rink with artificial "ice" (skates not required!). Hockey lovers will be absolutely blown away - practice your slap shots using the abundance of goalie pads, nets, pucks & hockey sticks provided!
EXERCISE ROOM
Enclosed fitness room with padded floors and mirrors throughout. Featuring a number of exercise machines, a Blow-Flex, various weights & bands, a stationary bike, a treadmill & a flat-screen TV.
BOATHOUSE
Beautifully appointed and spacious boathouse with high-end modern finishes. Equipped with 2 bedrooms on the upper level (both with ensuites), an open-concept living area and a full kitchen. The entire upper level is complete with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which can be completely opened to expose the elements or use the automatic screens for some protection. There is an additional seating area on the boathouse deck which features a lovely coffee table and multiple loungers/chairs.
The lower level of the boathouse features an oversized dock complete with 4 large loungers, 4 boat slips, a large covered seating area (with automatic screens), and a fully equipped bar with additional seating around the marble island. Truly a boathouse oasis!
