On a beautiful location on the Costa Brava you will find this super luxury modern villa with beautiful views. The well-kept garden with heated swimming pool is equipped with palm trees, various seating areas, sun beds, outdoor shower and barbecue. There is a terrace around the villa. The villa is 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and near Palamos and Playa d’Aro.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, the utility room, the spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. In the living room there is Dutch television (Canal digital), a DVD player and WIFI. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an electric stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo and toaster.
From the hall you can go to the first floor where there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the largest bedroom there is a separate sink and a roof terrace. The bedrooms (with the exception of the smallest bedroom) and the living room have air conditioning. In the largest bedroom you can optionally add a single bed.
In the villa you can enjoy the whole day and for those who enjoy walking and cycling there is plenty to do in the area. There are nice towns on the coast and inland and every day there is a market in another town. For golf lovers, there are beautiful golf courses and Pitch and Putt courses in the area.
The alternating strokes in the high season are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. In the early and late season you can check in and out every day except Sunday!
