The check-in is in person with the concierge, who will meet you upon arrival and remain at your disposal for any questions you might have.

Getting Around:
The property is about 12 km | 7 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Villas Nizuc complex in the hotel zone. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving, taxis are always available; just be sure to take registered taxis only.
There is 1 free assigned parking space at the property. The guards will let you know exactly where it’s located. If you need additional parking spots, the guards will let you know where to park. There are other means of getting around town. You can go by taxi, Uber, colectivo (shared-ride vans), or walk to many places.
Other Things to Note:
The max occupancy for this property is 8, including all adults, children and infants.
Guests must climb stairs as it's a three-story villa
No loud music, noise, or rude behavior is allowed at the resort pool. No glassware is allowed in the pool area, and no eating or drinking when in the pool. The pool closes at 8 pm.
We provide a few basic essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like some shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper, but please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
There’s no daily housekeeping service. But if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, room cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- It's mandatory to provide a government ID for all guests on the reservation prior to arrival and on the day of check-in.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
