Pool is NOT heated. Read ALL listing policies and notes before booking. Completely updated and modern 3,200 Sq. Ft. two story home. Very private back yard. Covered parking and carport area. Open floor plan with large living room downstairs and large den upstairs. Great WiFi, cable and smart TV's in every room. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with mountain and sunset views. Tons of entertainment, shopping and dining near by. Have fun in the sun! House Rules
Our home is very nice and we have spent considerable time and money to get it that way. Above all, we expect guests to treat it with the respect that it deserves. Our cleaning fee is very reasonable, but there can be extra fees charged after a stay for certain things. It is very important for us that guests enjoy their stay and feel our home was a good value for them, but things must be fair for us also. Obviously any damage to the property or missing items will be an extra charge. We take a thorough video of the property just before each guest so there are no questions how it was left for them. Although the property is great for hosting it is NOT a “party house” and excessive cleaning will come with an additional charge. We expect guests to reasonably clean up after themselves.
The house is very pet friendly but we must be consulted before booking with a pet, and we urge you to be very honest about any habits pets have that could negatively affect the house or property. Details provided upon request.
The hot tub is a great feature but care must be taken to maintain water quality. If there is not a competent adult present that can make sure guidelines of use (provided by us) are fallowed, the hot tub should not be used. At no time should children be allowed to use the hot tub without supervision! If, for any reason, the water quality in the hot tub after check out is found not to be suitable for the next guest, there will be a $75 fee charged. The fee is to cover draining, filling and reheating the water as well as extending a credit to the next guest because the water will not be up to temp until their second night. Again, things must be fair for all.
The propane fire pit and two large propane heaters are only to be operated by a competent adult and at no time should children be left unsupervised while they are in use. For safety reasons they are NOT to EVER be moved from where we place them, especially not under the covered patio area! Please be respectful and don’t use any more propane than needed.
The pool is only to be used while a competent adult is present and at no time should children, or people who aren’t good swimmers, be left unattended. It is a chlorine pool and we don’t guarantee any particular water conditions. Having said that, we do strive to maintain very good swimming conditions. Detailed instructions and guidelines for care will be provided to guests, and if there is no competent adult that can make sure the rules are fallowed, the pool should not be used. If, for any reason, the guests actions, of lack there of, results in extra costs to the hosts or the pool being unusable there will be a charge. The amount charged will depend on the circumstances. Guests who plan on using the pool should check with the hosts about their pool usage before booking.
