Welcome to a slice of paradise at the 51 MM of Lake of the Ozarks located just outside Laurie, MO. This 4 bedroom 3 full bath home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and has much to offer during your stay. There is swimming, fishing, hiking or just chilling on the covered patio watching boats, skiers and other water shenanigans. Upstairs has a large sun deck for catching some rays or checking for stars and satellites at night. If bringing your boat or jet ski, there is a private boat ramp on the property along with a cruiser dock and PWC float. No parking problem here with both an upper and lower driveway and the home is wheelchair accessible from the lower driveway onto the patio and into the home. Inside you will find a nicely appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, laundry room, full bath plus a bedroom with private bath. The upstairs has three more good sized bedrooms, a full bath, great family room and a dry bar/snack room. A separate entrance is located off the upper driveway and conveniently accesses the second floor. We are located on the quiet side of the lake but only minutes away by car to the famous Big Dick's Halfway Inn and Station 46 for boat or PWC rentals. By boat the home is also close to Red Fox, Bear Bottoms, the Wet Spot and Coffman Marina. If you are looking for a little more action, drive over to the other side of the lake across the community bridge which is now toll free to enjoy The Strip, Margaritaville, Super Splash Water Park and other family friendly haunts. There are numerous excellent restaurants to enjoy as well as several wineries and don't forget about Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park. No matter whether you are looking for a peaceful, quiet weekend or want to kick up your heels and throw back some beers, the Lake of the Ozarks has something for everyone and this property will make it a memorable stay.
