Summary: We had 4 night in Burlington Hotel in Birmingham early July 2025. While it was a good hotel overall and the location was good, the main problem was the air conditioning in the room - the room was very stuff and warm, and they had limited the air condition temperature control. I pointed this out to the reception, but they replied that we had to basically stand it. There was a fan in the room so we had to live the very warm night with a noise and disruption of a fan, and it was not helping much. We paid a lot of money for this hotel, and thus it is not acceptable that the nights in the room was so warm and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night.
