Summary: The first issue was when I checked in , I was informed that I had no reservation . My name can’t be found on the reservation so I was told by the staff at the front desk to call the owner . Took a while to get an answer . The other issue was that the room was not really clean esp the dining table. I had to clean them myself. I also had an issue with the water flooding all over the bathroom floor every time I showered and not drying all day and some broken structures . Tried to reach the condo unit rep who sent a maintenance guy while I was out . I tried to reach out again w/ no response for 2 days and the issue with the flooded floor never solved at all even after I checked out .
