Summary: We showed up at the property at check-in time (3:00 p.m.) but we weren't able to get into the room until 4:00 p.m. No one at the property told us that the power and water was out for the entire property. People at the pool area told us they had water but no electricity. We tried to wait it out, but needed a room with running water so we left and went back to Ensenada. Disappointing and I'm still trying to get a refund.
