Summary: It was exactly as described and pictured and met our high expectations and exceeded them a bit in hominess and comfort. It was lovely and had most everything we wanted/needed. Not having a door on the primary bedroom upstairs is weird and uncomfortable but we knew this ahead of time and just used the other 2nd floor bedroom's bathroom. Warning: the staircase steps have short rise and run. With size 12 feet, I was forced to walk duck-foot and carefully when descending. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap and trash bags were provided for more than our 2 person 10 day stay. I used the pool only a couple times but it sure was pleasant. Property manager Chloe was very pleasant, responsive and effective. Curious how quickly we adapted to the heat/humidity - when we arrived, we needed the a/c at 75 but within a couple days, we had it at 79 or 80. HVAC worked very well. Had fabulous dinners at Tukkas East End almost every night! Used the villa's charcoal grill for one dinner - perfect! Almost all grocery shopping was done at Foster's Countryside in Savannah with minor purchases at helpful Chisholm's Grocery just up the street from the villa. We would definitely return to this villa. May 10-20, 2025.
