Located between the Living Room and the Kitchen, with a flat screen TV above, you can enjoy a nice fire, or watch a great movie on those rainy days. On either side of the fireplace are windows overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake, and a sliding glass door will lead you to the balcony. Relax with your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise. Two bedrooms are also located on this floor. One bedroom features a double bed, and a small TV. The other bedroom features two bunk sets and roll away single, perfect for children. A full bath with tub/shower combo is conveniently located near these bedrooms.
