What You Can Expect: Grand Home in the Prestigious Reserve area of Bright's Creek! Dramatic mountain views provide a beautiful backdrop for this custom-built estate. Step inside and you’ll find an open living and dining room with soaring ceilings, a stone fireplace, hardwoods, and access to the main level deck and covered porch. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped to handle your culinary and entertaining needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the mud room entry from the garage, laundry with GE appliances, along with access to the front courtyard. Also from this area is access to the upper-level guest room with a full bath and TV featuring 2 queen beds and a twin-the perfect space for a "sleepover". Back on the main level, you will find the graciously sized master suite where you will wake up to stunning views from the sumptuous king bed. The master bath offers heated tile floors, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The lower level of the home features a fantastic space to sleep, lounge, and play. Here, there are 3 guest suites, two of which are open to the terrace, pool, and each with a private bath. The kids (and grown-up kids) will love the game room that offers ping pong and other games. The lower den also boasts a fireplace and TV with Direct Network. From here you can access the covered terrace with a gas grill and pool. Multiple seating areas and tables make this the ultimate entertaining space. Grab a glass of wine and some friends and unwind.
Take a drive around Bright Creek's Community for stunning views and from the ridge known as World's Edge you will definitely feel you are there! The Retreat at Bright's Creek is the epitome of enjoyment and relaxation in the foothills of Western North Carolina. While at Bright's Creek, you can enjoy golf privileges on the Tom Fazio Designed Champion Golf Course. Amenity Center is home to a fitness center, bowling alley, and tennis & pickleball courts. The swimming pool is open seasonally, from approximately mid-May through mid-September, depending on the weather. The jacuzzi and pool are not heated. Of course, you are in horse country and the TIEC. The Tryon International Equestrian Center is a year-round venue located in Tryon, NC, and is the world’s premier Equestrian Lifestyle Destination showcasing some of the top riders in the Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and Eventing disciplines. Pets: Pets: The owners do NOT allow any pets at the property. If pets are found on the property you will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee.

There is a $150 resort fee that is charged per stay to allow you access to the Bright's Creek amenities. The resort fee covers access to The Mill, Fitness Center, Outdoor Pool, Tennis & Pickleball. Access with a fee- to play on our 18-Hole Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course & Practice Facility and Bowling Alley. Resort fees can be collected at the concierge desk at the Mill.
