Summary: Details! Your Comments When there are four guests, please have pillowcases and blankets available for the two guests that will end up sleeping on the very thin uncomfortable sleeper sofa pullout. Let guest know that even though they gave the dimensions of the garage, the unknown shelf at the end of the garage made it impossible to pull our care in completely. Please assess the cleaning company you are using, sand still on floor, spoons were dirty and had to be cleaned before using them. Three companies e:mailed me about my stay. Very confusing and irritating. If you are listing on Hotels.com, be sure to put ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT PARKING SPACE SIZE, IF THE SOFA IS A SLEEPER SOFA. Other than that, it is an excellent location to the boardwalk on Mission Beach and the Bay. Patio is great, the cushions do hold water in them and should be propped up at night in the winter to drain. Just so much moisture in the air and it is inside the cushions. More cleaning, more details about the rental and I would see this unit as a 4 out of 5 or 5 out of 5.
