The striking living room space is accented with vaulted wood ceiling and a wall of windows to enjoy Morro Bay Rock and Hollister Peak views. The cozy family room has a fireplace and pull-out sofa bed. The family room opens to the kitchen and the sunny deck overlooking the spacious backyard. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled and enjoy newer appliances, granite and quartz counters, and tile flooring. The oversize garage comes with a laundry room and electrical 20/50 amp 220 circuits. The home is family friendly with a pack and play, sound machine, and baby gate for the littles available onsite.
