This charming home has an inviting open floor plan, cozy furnishings, and with a view of the stunning sunsets from our private patio.
You will have the whole property all to yourself.
Main house has 2 bedrooms and there is a studio above the garage - all included in this rental. Although the studio has its own separate entrance as well.
Additional notes:
Do not play or climb over the fence surrounding the property.
Our maintenance person will be taking care of the trash bins - pull/push them back every Thursday

Guests will have access to the entire space except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
