Summary: This resort was not what I expected. The customer service was lacking, they were not friendly or going above and beyond like you would expect when you pay this much money for a room. The amenities are lackluster. The food is terrible and they advertise 24 hour room service But the service ends at 10 PM. They do offer food at nearby places and we tried the steakhouse next-door and it was terrible and the worst steak we have ever had. I used a credit card that I only use when I travel and I got credit card fraud at 2:30 in the morning. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a resort in Mexico before
