Summary: While this hotel was located walking distance to the river, Margaret island, and many food and shopping opportunities. There was a major issue with internet connection which other guests also said they had. It made an otherwise good hotel lose better ratings. Frustrating that in 2025 cannot connect adequately to even email from room. TV was not usable either as the internet hook up to Youtube did not work!. TV channels were few and fuzzy. Both attached photos show circles of trying to connect and it not happening. This was for my entire 5 night stay. I told reception who said it would be reported and that there were issues a few weeks ago but were solved after switching providers. It was not solved. Very disappointing.
