Welcome to our large house located in Notre-Dame-de-Riez. With its heated swimming pool, and its outdoor spaces.
Ideally located in a quiet area and close to the sea, the beach is 15 minutes away by car, and the city center of Notre-Dame-de-Riez 1km
Bed and bath linen is not included in the price of the reservation.
Nevertheless, we offer hotel quality linen for rent (Subject to availability).
This house of 171 m² and its outdoor space of 2200m² will be perfect for a family of 4/6 adults and 2 children/baby.
Our house consists of:
🔹 A very large and bright living room, with a living room with sofa/double bed, TV.
🔹 A dining room with table and chairs.
🔹 A large open kitchen fully equipped (microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, induction plate, all necessary kitchen utensils as well as condiments)
5 bedrooms including :
- 1 baby room with a baby bed and 2 children's rooms with single beds (one of them is a mezzanine)
- 1 large master bedroom with refined decoration and comfortable bedding: king size bed and a large storage closet. The room also has a private bathroom.
- 1 bedroom on the mezzanine floor (not closed) with double bed and work desk.
🔹 A spacious and modern bathroom with a shower and a large bathtub , sink and storage cabinet.
🔹 A veranda overlooking the pool.
🔹 A heated outdoor pool with a relaxation area on the side (outdoor kitchen with plancha , fridge and outdoor furniture).
🔹 A large play area for children with soccer goal, trampoline, play area and swing.
🚗 For your parking, a large space is available in front of the house, where many vehicles can be parked.
A terrace is also available on the front of the house to rest in the sun.
Wifi is available in this accommodation.
For not respecting the rules of use of the pool a fixed price of 600 € TTC minimum will be charged to you
