Summary:
Perfectly located within a 10 minute drive to Olde Town Arvada or 15 minutes into downtown Denver. Also close to the mountains making it only a 1:20 drive to get to Keystone resort.
Open plan layout with 2 kitchens and a large back yard including a fire pit and furniture. The space is ideal for families or large groups that want to be central to all Denver has to offer.
Have a nap in the starry themed blanket fort, play some foosball, or get cozy by the fire pit
The Space:
--- SLEEPING ---
There are 3 memory foam queen bedrooms - 2 on the upper level and 1 on the lower level. A full/full bunk bed can sleep another 4 people while the upstairs sofa can turn into a bed when needed. Alternatively, the blanket fort in the living is built using a mini mattress as well so also very comfortable to sleep on.
Additional blankets, pillows and bedsheets can be found in the closets or within the labelled cupboards on each floor.

Two bathrooms are available, 1 on each floor and both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A hair dryer is available in each along with make up towels

Did you think the plural was a typo? This property has 2 kitchens for those times when half your group wants to cook up a Thanksgiving meal while the other half wants two 20" pizzas. There is ice in the upstairs refrigerator (yup two of those as well) and all the usual cookware including pots, pans, trays and a coffee maker. Salt, pepper, oil, foil and ziploc bags are almost always stocked.

--- DINING ---
The upstairs dining area features a massive dining table which easily fits 8+ people and additional seating is available in the room so that everyone can gather together. The room has a large mounted smart TV although the giant star-themed mural may grab your attention more.
The downstairs kitchen features additional breakfast bar space with three barstools next to a living/games area.
--- LIVING SPACES ---
There are several living spaces throughout the house. The first one is the main living room with a massive corner sofa facing another large smart TV with all your favorite apps installed. This room also has a blanket fort in the corner and starry night themed surroundings to help you relax after a day of Colorado adventures.
The downstairs kitchen opens up into another hang out area featuring a foosball table and additional seating. While the upstairs living room area blends into the open plan kitchen/dining area and also features a stylish coffee table sitting on the worlds comfiest rug according to our friend’s toddler who spent an hour rolling around on it.

Fast and reliable WiFi is available throughout the house and the dining room table or breakfast bar provides plenty of room to work from.
--- BACKYARD ---
The large backyard features outdoor lighting and garden furniture (not shown in the current photos) so you can make the most of you Denver evenings. There is also a firepit to gather round and tables/chairs for groups wanting to eat outside or make some smores.

Dogs are allowed to stay for an additional fee of $10 per night. If we learn a dog was onsite without our knowledge there will be a charge. We do have a doorbell camera so we can see if a pet is onsite without our knowledge. No other animals are allowed
