-This villa is made of 2 homes sprawled out over 4 levels connected by a large patio. The homes were designed specifically for independent living and combined living.
-2nd floor smaller house "bedroom" is a loft. There is no door from staircase to bedroom.
-Elevator is not for guest use
-Garage is not for guest use
-Due to continuous maintenance issues, only 1 side of the french patio doors is able to open.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. There is a large driveway at the front entrance of the main home (3rd story) capable of fitting 2 vehicles. Additional parking can be found at the bottom of the hill, in front of smaller homes main entrance) and is in ample supply.
