A private studio apartment with a full bathroom and kitchenette with a washer and dryer. This is a private unit that is attached to a main rental home so you will be sharing the driveway and this unit does not have an outdoor space included. There is an assigned parking stall in the driveway and a walkway along the side of the home for you to access your unit but the main home is rented separately so you will not be the only guests on property.
This beautiful unit is located in the gated community of Mauna Olu and features modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, providing the perfect backdrop for your island vacation. The interior is beautifully decorated with Hawaiian accents, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. Includes a Queen bed, full en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with sink, microwave, and fridge, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Located on the main level with an assigned parking stall and private entrance, you can save on costs while enjoying your own apartment on the secluded beaches of the Leeward coast and hiking trails on the untouched Waianae mountains.
To access the unit you will park in the driveway on the far right side in front of the garage. You will have 1 assigned parking stall. The private entrance is along the right side of the house towards the back. Make your way down the sidewalk on the right side of the home and the door will be the last door to the left near the back of the house.
