Guests will have access to all 5 pool areas on the resort including the beach club (exclusive to grand luxxe and grand bliss members only) as well as the grand luxxe pool available to only grand luxxe members.
On resort guests will find available over 15 restaurants to choose from as well as access to 24 hour a day room service. There are pool bars found at almost every pool location as well. On resort you will also find "Le petite chef" only found at Vidanta locations. A one of a kind experience where guests can reserve and experience a 5-course meal prepared by world class chefs. The dinner includes a projected experience directly on your table as well as the ability to experience dinner with pairings of various alcoholic beverages hand-picked to fit each dish. There are a variety of restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Steak house, Burger Joints and more.
Jungala the brand new built water park on resort including all salt water pools and water slides. Tickets can be purchased on site and is not included in the room or ahead of time. Cabanas are available to purchase which need to be purchased once arrived on resort! The water park features 4 large slides, lazy river, and wave pool. Cirque de Soleil, Joya is also found on site! You may purchase tickets online ahead of time or through the resort which includes an impressive show based around the story of evolution. Dinner can be purchased as well as drinks packages. Transport to both Jungala and Joya are available on site and do not require any arrangements ahead of time.
There is various shopping centers directly on the resort as well found at the Jade and Salum a shopping and dining experience. There is a spa on-site where you can receive facials, massages, and more. The spa has a cold pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, and Swiss shower that is free to use by guests (I do recommend reserving a space calling ahead).
Each room has a kitchen including a stove top and refrigerator where guests can cook in their room if they do not want to eat out for each meal. Pool side food options are available as well.
There are golf carts throughout the resort for transportation as the resort is large. Some walking is required but the resort is fairly accessible. Transport can be arranged from the Cancun airport for free to the resort. Return transport can also be scheduled through the resort by shuttle ($45) or taxi ($15 per person) which is the responsibility of the renter after arrival on the resort (Prices may differ slightly).
All charges throughout your stay will be processed through a wrist band you will be provided with upon check-in that can be used throughout the resort including the water park. There is a cleaning fee and room tax that totals to about $11 a day that you will be responsible for and will be charged to your room during your stay. Maid services will come in every morning and evening to tidy your beds and turn down your beds at night.
