Positive: Excellent location for attending events on Hindley Street.

Negative: Room was in poor condition with stains on the carpets and curtains. Bedding was clean otherwise it would have been a deal breaker. We booked a larger room, but the floor plan meant most of the square footage was used a hallway within the room, rather than useable space. Also, despite staying three nights our room wasn’t serviced, despite using the buttons to request this and being out for entire days.

Summary: Did the trick but wouldn’t recommend.
