A truly serene and spectacular setting await at this Mediterranean home in the hills of Montecito, a lush garden property where you'll be treated to gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and wonderful proximity to walking trails, the ocean beach, quaint shops, and great restaurants.
This home sits directly adjacent to the Montecito trail system, allowing you to take morning walks and jogs in the hills and even access Summerland Beach (three-quarters of a mile away) without being on roads. When you do head down to the beach, boogie boards, a skimboard, flippers, masks, an umbrella, chairs, blankets, toys, and bocce and paddle ball are even provided for you to bring along.
Classic in its Mediterranean design, this two-level, four-bedroom home features arched doorways, beautiful tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms, and lovely grounds to enjoy in the sparkling Southern California climate. The outdoor spaces include a flowering garden, balconies off three of the bedrooms, and an expansive deck with a gas grill, a pair of dining sets, and commanding views of the mountains.
Inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting living room with an L-shaped sofa, a streaming-capable flatscreen TV, and large windows that continue into the adjacent kitchen. You can take in a view of the ocean as you cook using all the essential appliances (including such bonus tools as an air fryer) and find space to dine indoors in the formal dining room. If you need to catch up on a bit of work during your stay, there's even a dedicated office and free WiFi throughout the house.
After a day spent strolling State Street, riding bikes along the coast, or shopping and dining in Montecito Village, you'll have four bedrooms to choose from, including a primary bedroom suite with a brand-new king bed.
