The house has 270 m2 on two floors, it is equipped with a modern air conditioning system through ducts in each room, which can be regulated for each floor with its ideal temperature, 3 double bedrooms upstairs (one of them is a suite with its bathroom) with new and comfortable beds and the large living room with access to the garden, fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and guest toilet.
