Welcome to Meerkat Manor, located just east of downtown Cleveland and a 5 minute drive to the renowned Cleveland Clinic! This inviting 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is perfect for families of all ages with the 1st floor being completely ADA compliant. Enjoy quality time together in the game rooms featuring 2 arcade games, a pool table, ping pong table , foosball table , air hockey table , kids games and a magical reading nook.
The Space:
This home features 3 floors of living space, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The front porch has seating for 2 and the back porch has seating for 4. There is free street and driveway parking for 5.
Upon entering the back door you will see the ADA bedroom and connected ADA bathroom. There is a TV and the king size bed is adjustable by remote. The bathroom floor is seamless for ease of wheelchair use and includes a shower bench, shower/toilet bars and ADA approved sink height.
Down the hallway is the ADA washer and dryer by the private office. Continuing towards the front of the house you'll find the living room with a large sectional couch, TV and plenty of blankets. To the left, cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped, ADA kitchen. The kitchen flows into the den that also offers a TV, comfy seating and a dog bed. The dining room features a large table that converts into a ping pong table and a pool table! One of the half bathrooms is next to the dining room.
The 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms, all with king size beds and closets with plenty of room. One bedrooms offers a pack 'n play as well as a baby changing table. There are also 2 full size bathrooms on the 2nd floor. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and the other a large standing shower.
Try your luck in the game room on the 3rd floor! 2 arcade games featuring basketball and Pac Man, a foosball table, air hockey table, plenty of games, a TV and a magical reading nook with clouds that light up the ceiling. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the 3rd floor.
Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry to the home. Guests are given a code within 72 hours of checking in. Guests have access to the entire home and yard. They also have access to park in the driveway (5 spaces). The basement and one closet are not available to guests.
