Summary: Reading the reviews to any stay away from home is essential. I had no problems with communication. With the slight problem I had (trash was left outside on balcony) WeHost was swift in taking care of it and very apologetic. These apartments are dated. There are no towels/washcloths. We knew to pack our own from previous reviews. Kitchen floor was greasy. Beds are low, but comfy. There is no television in the room with the one bed. I wish there were household cleaning supplies to clean sinks and tubs after usage. Amenities are as pictured. Overall, I Won’t complain. Crystal City is a great location to DC.
