The kitchen is up-to-date including microwave, dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator to store food and beverages of your choice. A smooth-top electric range, cooking utensils, dishes, and small appliances are yours to use if you are motivated to make your own meals and perhaps dine or enjoy your morning coffee on the verdant patio.
On a picturesque and quiet residential street, it is only one block to a huge park and lake. One mile to downtown St. Petersburg--a moderate walk, 10 minute bike or bus ride, or an inexpensive Uber/Lyft to its breweries, entertainment and dining options, art venues, boutique shopping, museums, Tampa Bay Rays baseball, and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus.
