Summary: It was really hard to download the key app you need to access the room. It took me 4 different on the phone during my trip to finally be able to access an actual key, then eventually my fob stopped working so I have to key in a code for the main entrance and could not access any other building amenities. It was a stressful start to my trip to a city I had never been to solo. They state they have a very thorough cleaning process but upon arrival I had to call customer service again as the idea that my room was cleaned was questionable. The shower was moldy in the grout, there was stains and food on the walls. They sent housekeeping the next day and she wiped down a few things. The Gulch area was amazing for location. But I woud be reserved to stay at this building again.
