Has it's own kitchen with double oven, stove, microwave, brand new stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator, living/dining room with (1 of 3) flatscreen TVs, bathroom (tub/shower, sink/vanity, toilet), additional deep sink and grooming area outside of the bathroom for guests to get ready (hair dryer provided), full size laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, additional 10' x 10' mud room at entry provides storage, a place to take off your boots, shelf and hanging rack to hang your coat or waders from fly fishing, and space to play a game or have a cup of coffee and work on your laptop at the hightop cafe table. Hard floors throughout! No carpet! Pet free and smoke free!
Please enjoy the big backyard, fire pit, hammock, bench swing and gas bar b q grill. Evenings are magical under the string lights surrounding the fire pit. Relax and watch the fireflies dance in the cool Tennessee breeze.

Owners are awesome and live upstairs, so quick access with no middle man, but they give you your space. There is no access between the upstairs and down. They have their own entrance in the front of the house on Kentucky Ave. You will enter from your own driveway, on James Street in the back of the house. You will seldom encounter the owners, unless you need something. The upstairs is totally separate living space, completely locked off. You may hear muffled walking/talking above you at times, but they work hard to give you as much peace and quiet as possible. They will work with you to accommodate sleep schedules and plenty of quiet time when requested. It has never been a problem, even with night shift nurses, just understand that people live in the upstairs, directly above you.
