Summary:
These ultra modern, 1,500 sqft 2 bed/2.5 bath, privately owned suites are brand new. The complex offers a hot tub, shared BBQ grill and a community pool table. Best of all, they are within walking distance to the vast assortment of restaurants, shopping and activities offered in Old Town Scottsdale. And now, from January - April 2023, there will be an on-site chef offering a free hot breakfast Friday/Saturday mornings!
The Space:
This 2 bed / 2.5 bath suite is designed as a townhome. You share a side wall with another unit, but no one is above you. Below you will be the common area and parking garage. This suite is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay:

Bed Configuration:
Master: 1 or 2 beds per room
Room 2: 1 or 2 beds per room
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
BED TYPE NOTE: For most guests, we setup two twin XL beds (80 in. long). We can also push them together, put a liner in the middle with king sheets, and make a true king size bed (78" x 80"). So we can have either 2 twins or 1 king in each room, whichever you prefer. However, we frequently have groups that require four larger beds, in which case we put 2 queens in each room (4 queens total). The option to do this depends entirely on the calendar and our available staff. PLEASE NOTE: Due to adjusting bed types throughout the year, and what the previous guest requested, we are unable to guarantee what bed type will be present for your stay. We can EASILY swap between 4 twins and 2 kings, but if queens are present, we may not be able to adjust. If you only need 2 beds, you will receive either 2 kings or 4 queens. If you need 4 beds, you will receive either 4 twins or 4 queens. Please let us know your request and we will do everything we can to make it happen!

Guest Access:
All guests will have access to the community lounge area, hot tub and BBQ grill.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is one of 15 in the building, and is located on the edge of Old Town Scottsdale. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping and night life within walking distance (or a quick shuttle ride).
Getting Around:
The building is on the south side of Old Town Scottsdale. There are quite a few things within walking distance, or a very short car ride.
I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out!
Other Things to Note:
Welcome to the modern 70th Lofts! This loft is less than a 5 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale where you can find shopping, night life, and eateries. A few of the popular restaurants include Olive and Ivy with Mediterranean options and the upscale Mastro’s City Hall. There is plenty of nightlife if needed with bars like Wasted Grain and Living Room. You can find a variety of entertainment in the surrounding area including Medieval Times, Top Golf, and the Odysea Aquarium. If you find yourself in need of outdoor activities look no further than the beautiful Camelback Mountain trails or the family-fun Phoenix Zoo. There is plenty to check out during your stay!
There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual.
Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire suite. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option.
Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit plus any expenses incurred by needing to move the incoming group of guests to a new property.
Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested.
For any booking 28 days or longer, there will be a mandatory property inspection every 2 weeks. We will need to regularly examine/change AC air filters, monitor the pool/hot tub, and other various routine maintenance items. We will provide you with a 4 hour window at least 48 hours in advance.
For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price.
